1. Products & Customisation

1.1 Made-to-Order Nature

All products offered by Parker Window Blinds ("Parker," "we," "us," "our") — including but not limited to roller blinds, zebra blinds, motorised blinds, wooden blinds, roman blinds, wallpapers, WPC louvers, flooring solutions, and custom digital printed blinds — are produced on a made-to-order basis. Each product is manufactured to the specifications provided by the customer ("you," "your") at the time of order placement.

1.2 Customer Measurement Responsibility

You are solely responsible for providing accurate window dimensions and specifications. Parker shall not be liable for products that do not fit due to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer. Where a site visit and measurement service has been expressly agreed and confirmed in writing, Parker shall bear responsibility for measurement accuracy attributable to our personnel.

1.3 Colour & Texture Representation

While we make every effort to represent product colours and textures accurately on our website and in physical samples, slight variations may occur between displayed images and delivered products due to monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and the inherent nature of fabric and print media. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

1.4 Product Availability

Parker reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or substitute any product at any time. In the event that a confirmed product becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative of equal or greater value, or issue a full refund.

2. Orders & Payment

2.1 Order Confirmation

An order is deemed confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as specified below and a written confirmation from Parker (via WhatsApp, email, or our platform). Verbal or informal communications do not constitute order confirmation.

2.2 Advance Payment

A minimum advance of 50% (fifty percent) of the total order value is required before production commences. For orders above ₹25,000, the advance requirement may be up to 100% at Parker's discretion. The remaining balance is payable in full prior to dispatch or installation.

2.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI payments, cash (at our showroom), and other methods as agreed in writing. Cheques are not accepted.

2.4 Price Validity

Quoted prices are valid for 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of quotation, unless otherwise stated. Parker reserves the right to revise prices due to changes in material costs, labour, or taxation. Any revision will be communicated before order confirmation.

2.5 Taxes

All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. Parker's GSTIN will be provided on tax invoices upon request.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations ★

3.1 No Returns on Custom Products

Because every product is manufactured specifically to your dimensions and specifications, Parker does not accept returns unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect or the error is attributable to Parker. This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all product categories including standard sizes.

3.2 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted exclusively for the following reasons:

• Verified manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty mechanism, structural damage not caused by installation or use)
• Significant colour or print deviation from the confirmed sample or approved digital proof
• Wrong product delivered (different SKU than ordered)

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 (seven) days of delivery or installation, whichever is earlier. Requests raised after this period will not be entertained. Parker reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any exchange. Exchange products will be manufactured with the same specifications as the original order unless a change is mutually agreed in writing.

3.3 Exchange Exclusions

Exchanges will not be accepted for the following:

• Incorrect dimensions or specifications provided by the customer
• Normal wear and tear, fading, or damage caused by improper use
• Damage caused during customer-managed installation
• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Minor colour variations within acceptable industry tolerances
• Products that have been installed, altered, or modified by a third party

3.4 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of order confirmation will receive a full refund of the advance paid. Cancellations made after 24 hours but before production commences will incur a 20% cancellation charge. Once production has commenced, no cancellations are accepted and the advance paid is non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Defects & Warranty

4.1 Warranty Coverage

Parker provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery for motorised and automated products, and 6 months for all other product categories. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

4.2 Warranty Claim Process

To raise a warranty claim, you must contact Parker at +91 83192 99274 or via email within the warranty period, providing photographic evidence, proof of purchase, and a description of the defect. Parker will inspect the claim and, if approved, repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer.

4.3 Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper cleaning, unauthorised modifications, acts of nature (including but not limited to water damage, fire, or extreme weather), normal wear, or cosmetic deterioration such as fading due to prolonged UV exposure.

5. Delivery & Shipping

5.1 Production & Delivery Timeline

Standard production time is 5–10 business days from order confirmation and receipt of advance payment. Custom digital printed products may require 7–14 business days. Timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Parker will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including supplier delays, festive periods, or force majeure events.

5.2 Delivery Scope

Free delivery is available within Bhopal city limits. Outstation deliveries are arranged via trusted courier partners. Shipping charges for outstation orders will be communicated at the time of quotation.

5.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and damage passes to the customer upon handover to the delivery agent or upon delivery to the customer's premises, whichever is earlier. Parker recommends inspecting all deliveries in the presence of the delivery agent and noting any visible damage before signing acknowledgment.

5.4 International Orders

For international shipments, additional customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply as per the destination country's regulations. These charges are entirely the customer's responsibility and are not included in Parker's pricing.

6. Installation

6.1 Professional Installation

Parker offers professional installation services within Bhopal. Installation charges are quoted separately based on the number of windows, product type, ceiling height, and site conditions. An additional site survey charge may apply for unusual or complex installations.

6.2 Customer-Managed Installation

Where installation is managed by the customer or a third party, Parker shall not be liable for any damage to the product or premises arising from incorrect installation. The warranty described in Section 4 shall be void if the product is installed in a manner inconsistent with Parker's installation guidelines.

6.3 Site Readiness

The customer is responsible for ensuring the installation site is ready and accessible at the agreed time. Rescheduling fees may apply if Parker's installation team is unable to access the premises at the agreed appointment time without prior notice of at least 6 hours.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Parker's IP

All designs, artwork, photographs, branding materials, website content, and product configurations created by Parker are the exclusive intellectual property of Parker Window Blinds. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Custom Design Ownership

For custom digital printed products using artwork or designs created by Parker, the intellectual property rights in such designs remain with Parker unless expressly transferred in writing to the customer. Where the customer provides their own artwork, the customer warrants that they own or have appropriate licences for such artwork, and indemnifies Parker against any third-party IP claims arising from its use.

7.3 Customer-Supplied Content

By submitting designs, images, or other content to Parker for printing, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use such content and to authorise Parker to reproduce it on your behalf.

8. Privacy & Data

Parker collects personal information (name, contact details, address, measurement data) solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information with delivery partners or installers on a need-to-know basis. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at +91 83192 99274.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parker's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim. Parker shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with Bhopal as the seat of arbitration.

10.1 Amendments

Parker reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products or services following notice of amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
